Not a passive spectator and victim of events.

Assurance of your values;
An affirmative attitude toward your right to live and be happy;
Freedom to assert your thoughts;
wants needs and joys;
To experience self-respect permits the mutual regard of and respect of others;
Makes possible a non-neurotic sense of fellowship with others;
Spiritual Being a Self-esteem-Ingredient
Linked with all other members of the human family;
Linked with a Higher power – God (Source of Good Orderly Direction) Author of gravity and all relationships.
The person with a sense of a Higher Power or Spiritual Reality that is unseen but will have a more real sense of “Who they themselves are”.
