"Tobacco is the hardest Addiction to overcome..."

Yes some may not agree but tobacco or cigarettes is the hardest addiction to overcome on this planet. And I say more so than Heroin Addiction.

Overcoming a tobacco or nicotine addiction is a very difficult task. For some, knowing the facts about smoking and how it affects their health isn't enough motivation to quit. The health effects of smoking range from something as simple as bad breath to things as life threatening as cancer. The effects of smoking might not be enough to make some people quit smoking, but it's certainly enough to make you think.

Dream lofty dreams and as you dream so you shall become. Your vision is the promise of what you shall one day be; Your ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil. James Lane Allen.

If your a smoker you may agree although I have known smokers who have said it was easy. I cant help notice though that after a couple of months or years they went back to their freind tobacco and started another relationship until the next time they decided to do the "easy" give up track.

At least with Heroin you can go cold turkey and then your weaned off it. The craving has gone (maybe not the reason you used in the first place) but the physical desire has left. With nicotine the craving can come upon a ex-smoker years after they had their last cigarette.
